Shipping policy

Crystillery is a small business and we do our best to ship items promptly. We have an artist/crafts-person who will personally find and post your item, not a warehouse with 24/7 warehouse staff. Most items ship within 1-5 days of receiving your order. If you need something faster, please let us know and we will do our best.

As a small artisan business and we are currently too small to qualify for the automated shipping calculators. We will calculate the best shipping rate based on your order and get back to you. As soon as possible. Note that we can’t calculate the shipping rate without your address and most couriers will want your phone number for tracking.

We are based in New Zealand. Shipping around New Zealand is pretty straight forward. International shipping may be a bit more complicated. We will do our best to find the best options for you and we will work with you to make adjustments where necessary.

Once an item is with the shipping company, the item is the responsibility of the shipping company. If the item is in shipping, you will need to recover your costs from the shipper. We will do our best to support but there's not much more we can do after it leaves us.

The cost of shipping will include the actual packaging and shipping costs. We do not charge a handling fee to ship your items.
